Case management is a collaborative planning process between a healthcare professional and client (and family) geared toward coordinating and integrating support services needed to optimize individual healthcare, disease management, and psychosocial goals and outcomes. The program offers the opportunity to enhance the scope of respiratory therapists as a case manager with a focus on cardiopulmonary disorders. Thirty (30) CEUs will be granted.
