The Commercial Driver Training - Certificate of Completion provides students with the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Students completing this certificate program will understand commercial vehicle laws and regulations, be proficient in the safe operation of commercial vehicles, will perform quality pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and be capable of backing commercial vehicles in a variety of situations. Persons with these skills can qualify for employment both as local commercial drivers and over-the road drivers.
